This is not the moment to introduce uncertainty into the management of critical infrastructure, but to protect U.S. operational readiness and safeguard the billions of American taxpayer dollars committed to rebuilding and strengthening the system.

  • Stand up for the rule of law – Investment in Puerto Rico is at risk

    If politicians can rip up lawful agreements for short-term political gain, no American company can invest with confidence in Puerto Rico.

  • Keep private enterprise rebuilding the grid – not political insiders.

    Cancelling the current contract risks handing control and billions in funding from American taxpayers back to the same political machine that bankrupted the old utility.

  • Don’t send Puerto Rico back to square one.

    Years of hard work and billions in energy grid resilience funding are on the line. Moving backwards helps corrupt cronies – not American workers, businesses, or military assets in the Caribbean.
